What is the shelf life of your products?

​All oils 1 - 2yrs all other products 9 months - 1yr. Shelf life can be shortened or lengthened depending on the storage conditions. Please keep products away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry location.

ORDERING

Low Order Minimums

Each product is available in quantities of 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 you choose how many product(s) you would like to sell. For orders exceeding 20, please email us at beautybenaturalco@gmail.com.

 

Do you have a price list?

Yes. Click here for our price list. 

 

How do you accept payments?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay through our online payment system.

Do I have to pay in full or a deposit?

Full payment is required for all orders, but we provide the option of Afterpay, allowing you to apply and set up payment arrangements through their platform.

How do I reorder?

Do you offer Auto-ship?

Yes. Please email us at beautybenaturalco@gmail.com with your standing order request and we can setup automatic recurring orders weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Once account is setup payments will be automatic deducted according to your desired ordering schedule.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not ship internationally.

 

How long will it take to receive my products?
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order. All orders processed after 3pm EST will be considered next business day orders. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm EST will continue processing on the following business day. Orders are shipped based on place in the order queue.

How long will it take to receive my pre-order products?

Please allow up to 3 weeks processing time for all pre-orders. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order within 3 weeks we will notify you.

Are there additional costs to starting my line?

Prices are all-inclusive, with the following exceptions:

• Shipping charges are based upon the number of products you order

• Your branded product labels

​ Product Labels

Here are some tips for getting your branded product labels:

• Decide which label style and size you wish to use.

• ​Create your own product label using canva.com (click video link for a step-by-step guide) or hire a graphic designer.

• Submit your label designs to onlinelabels.com or another printing company to get your labels professionally printed.
