We also offer label design, printing, and application, so your bottles arrive fully branded and ready to sell — no extra steps required.

What is the shelf life of your products?

​All oils 1 - 2yrs all other products 9 months. Shelf life can be shortened or lengthened depending on the storage conditions. Please keep products away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry location.

Low Order Minimums

Our minimum order requirement is 15 - 20. For bulk orders over 15, contact us at beautybenaturalco@gmail.com.​

Do you have a price list or catalog?

Yes. Click here for our full product catalog.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo and Afterpay through our online payment system.

 

Do I have to pay in full or a deposit?

Full payment is required for all orders, but we provide the option of PayPal Pay Later & Afterpay, allowing you to apply and set up payment arrangements through their platform.​

Do you offer Auto-ship?

Yes. Please email us at beautybenaturalco@gmail.com with your standing order request and we can setup automatic recurring orders weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Once account is setup payments will be automatic deducted according to your desired ordering schedule.

Can I customize any of the products?

We do not offer any product customization at this time — all formulas are pre-made and available as is.

 

Can I choose my own bottles and tops?

Yes, this selection is made at time of ordering.​

Shipping

​

Do you ship internationally?

Customers must email us first beautybenaturalco@gmail.com to confirm if shipping to your location is possible before placing an order.

If approved, the shipping cost will be billed separately once your order is fulfilled (due to frequent changes in carrier rates).

How long will it take to receive my products?
For private label orders please allow up to 3-4 weeks for us to process your order. All sample orders 7 - 10 business days. All orders processed after 3pm EST will be considered next business day orders. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm EST will continue processing on the following business day. Orders are shipped based on place in the order queue.​
